This is not true, sorry folks.
Bone remodels at a rate of about 10% per year.
Fat cells don’t regenerate, they just get larger or smaller.
Cardiac muscle doesn’t regenerate (although skeletal muscle does). Smooth muscle only regenerates when damaged.
Pretty much the only thing this is true for is skin, which does, in fact, turn over pretty quickly.
